Welcome to FAST Sports & Tumble!
FAST is a multi-sport performance facility. It is our mission to provide the best programs, staff, and equipment to meet the various sports and tumbling goals of our athletes.
Besides providing an excellent value to our customers, FAST is determined to create an unmatched sporting atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of every athlete.

Tumbling Age: Athlete's age range is 6 years to 17 years.
Class Sizes: Tumbling Classes are no more than (8) Athletes to (1) Coach. Younger age classes are (6) Athletes to (1) Coach.​​​
​
Adult Tumbling: FAST offers an Adult Tumbling Class for ages 18 and up.
​
Spectators: FAST has a Rotating Spectator Schedule where all athletes will be allowed Spectators on their designated weeks.
​
Private Lessons: FAST offers 30min, 45min and 60min Private Lessons by appointment only...please call to schedule.
